  • With 8 Modules across 16 weeks, the Cohort will meet online via Zoom every other week, giving you time to properly engage with the exercises and tools in between sessions.

    • A 1:1 coaching session with an Arable Coach, scheduled at the end of your cohort to help you identify the next steps of your growth and fully apply what you’ve learned.

    • Access to your Arable Coach and Arable Cohort members via a dedicated chat community.

    • Bi-Weekly cohort sessions.

    • In-depth training in the Arable Way leadership theory.
