This 8-module online cohort-style course invites you to explore what it means to lead with authenticity, courage, connection, and curiosity.
Sessions will focus on key aspects of True, Brave, Kind and Curious leadership: embracing self-awareness, crafting purposeful action, fostering collaborative relationships, and committing to lifelong learning and growth.
Whether you’re navigating challenges, strengthening your team, or pursuing personal growth, this course offers actionable strategies and meaningful reflection.
The Program
Delivered via Zoom in intimate groups of 6-10, the course features rich discussions, practical exercises, and proprietary tools used to help you more effectively lead from a deeper place.
Each 1-hour-long session builds on the last, providing a clear path to help you immediately apply these principles to your life and leadership journey.
The 16-week course will be led by an expert Arable Leadership Coach and will provide access to Arable’s tools, philosophy, and insights.
